Supported Living, built around real life

Flexible, individualized support for adults building and maintaining life in homes they own or lease. Support follows the person's IPP, assessed needs and preferences, and changes as routines stabilize and goals evolve.

Where SLS stops. HealthHeit provides day-to-day routine and stability support within the person's authorized plan and follows established strategies from qualified professionals. SLS is not a substitute for separately authorized clinical behavioral treatment, therapy or other licensed clinical services. Job coaching at a worksite during paid hours is supported employment, which we coordinate with rather than duplicate.
